Peanut Butter Pie No Bake



1 8oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup packed brown sugar

1 cup peanut butter

½ cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups cool whip (8oz container) or whipped cream

1 prepared graham cracker crust

¼ cup peanut butter cups (2 large cups), chopped

Chocolate syrup, for garnish


In mixer, cream together cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth

Blend in peanut butter, milk, and vanilla

With spatula, stir in whip topping

Pour into pie crust

Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups over top

Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight
