Pumpkin Pie

​PUMPKIN PIE
450o 15 minutes

350o 45-60 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 12oz can EVAPORATED milk

2 eggs

¾ cup sugar

1 can Libby’s pumpkin

½ tsp salt

2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp clove

1/8 tsp allspice

1/8 tsp ginger

DIRECTIONS

Prepare shaker pie crust (see recipe) OR use a Pillsbury pie crust

In large bowl combine all above ingredients. Mix well using a hand mixer

Pour into crust

Bake
NOTE:

To check if pie is cooked, run a butter knife slit in the middle of the pie, if it comes out pretty clean, it is done.
