Million Dollar Fudge


Makes 4-5 pounds

Consider cutting this in half

2 cups walnuts, chopped

2 pkgs semi-sweet chocolate chips

25oz Hershey milk chocolate bars

1 pint (jar) marshmallow fluff

4-1/2 cups sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1 Tbsp butter


In a large bowl, place nuts, chocolate chips, Hershey bars, and marshmallow fluff

In a large pot over high heat, add sugar, evaporated milk and butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Place on low heat and boil 5 minutes

Stir nut/chocolate mixture into hot mixture.  Mix well (until all is melted)

Place mixture into 9×13 pan (or 2 small square pans) and let cool

Refrigerate until hard

Cut into bricks and place in airtight container
