CREAMY CHICKEN & VEGETABLES
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp basil
1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
DIRECTIONS
In skillet over medium-high heat, sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Cook until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet, set aside.
In skillet, add soup, milk, lemon juice, basil, and vegetables. Bring to a boil
Return chicken to skillet
Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is heated through
