Fettuccini Alfredo

FETTUCCINI ALFREDO

INGREDIENTS

1 8oz cream cheese

¾ cup parmesan cheese

½ cup butter

½ cup heavy cream or milk

8oz fettuccini (cooked & drained)
Optional:

Cooked chicken cubes

Broccoli heads (cooked or steamed)

Mushrooms

Peas

DIRECTIONS

In a medium pot, cook fettucini with 1 tsp salt until cooked el dente

In large saucepan, combine, cream cheese, parmesan, butter & milk.  Stir constantly until creamy.

Add fettuccini, and optional items

Toss and serve
