Italian Sausage Rigatoni



1 pkg mild Italian sausage, coined sliced

1 pkg rigatoni pasta

3 Tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large red pepper, chopped

1 26oz jar Ragu tomato sauce

3 tsp parsley


In a medium pot, cook rigatoni with 1 tsp salt until el dente

In a large pan, add sausage and cook until done.  Remove from pan and set aside

In same large pan, add olive oil, and sauté garlic.  Add pepper.  Cook until crisp

Combine sausage and sauce, heat until warm

Place pasta in large bowl and add sausage and sauce mixture.  Mix together

Top with parsley
