Seafood Sauce



4 Tbps olive oil

2 small onions, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup dry white wine (optional)

4 28oz cans crushed tomatoes

1 cup heavy cream

4 tsp basil

1 Tbsp oregano

4 tsp parsley, chopped

3 lbs fresh clams (or 4 cans chopped clams)

2 lbs scallops, quartered

2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 box angel hair pasta (or pasta of your choice)


In a large pot over med-high heat, add oil, onions and garlic. Saute’ until golden brown

Pour in wine (optional), add in tomatoes, basil, oregano, parsley, and heavy cream.  Cook approximately 5 minutes.

Reduce heat and simmer.  Cook for 30-40 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened.

Add clams (cook until shells open, approx. 5 minutes)

Add scallops and shrimp

Cover and cook until barely firm (about 3 minutes), add pepper

Serve over pasta
