TILAPIA with SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup chicken broth
¼ cup lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp fresh pepper
1 tsp butter
1 tsp oil
Flour
2 6oz tilapia filets
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup flour
2 tsp butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350o
In small bowl, combine broth, lemon juice and pepper
Place some flour on a paper plate, sprinkle salt & pepper on filets and the dredge filets in the flour
In skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter, cook filets until flakey
Remove from heat and place on plate, cover with foil and place in oven to keep warm
In same skillet, put broth mixture in and bring to a boil, loosening browned bits from the fish.
Add 2 Tbsp butter
Pour sauce in bowl
Serve fish and spoon sauce over fish as desired
