GRAVY

INGREDIENTS

  • Drippings from roast or turkey
  • Cornstarch
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour juices from roast or turkey in a pot
  2. Mix in cornstarch and water, stirring constantly getting lumps smoothed out
  3. add salt & pepper to taste
  4. Bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes or until it thickens
