Pineapple Supreme 


350o 45 minutes


½ cup butter

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 20oz can crushed pineapple

5-6 slices bread (white or wheat), cut into 1’ cubes (with crust)


In 9×13 pan bake bread cubes until slightly browned

In medium bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.  Add eggs and beat well

Stir in crushed pineapple (and its juice) 

Stir in bread

Place back in 9×13 pan and bake

Serve warm
