24 Hour Fruit Salad



2 eggs, beaten

4 Tbsp vinegar

4 Tbsp sugar

2 Tbsp butter, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 cups white cherries, sliced in half (Royal Ann cherries)

2 cups crushed pineapple (or chunks cut into pieces)

2 oranges, cut into pieces

2 cups mini-marshmallows (or large marshmallows cut in half)


  1. In a double boiler, place beaten eggs and add vinegar and sugar. Stir constantly until thick and smooth
  2. Remove from heat, add butter and set aside to cool
  3. In bowl beat cream until smooth and soft (looks like marshmallows.) Mix cream with fruits
  4. When egg mixture is cool, fold in cream and fruits mixture
  5. Place in a fancy mold and place in refrigerator for 24 hours
