Almond Bark with Toppings

Almond Bark bar, vanilla or chocolate

Optional toppings:

Peppermints, broken

Mini marshmallows

Pretzels, broken

Any kind of nut, chopped

Toffee bits


Banana chips

Dried fruit


Any other topping of your choice


  1. Line cookie sheet with foil – shiny side UP. Smooth out creases
  2. In microwaveable bowl, break up almond bark and microwave in 30 second intervals. Stirring after each. Repeat until melted
  3. Spread melted almond bark onto foil sheet ¼” thick
  4. Spread chosen toppings and press them down into the almond bark
  5. Let harden at room temperature OR freeze for a few minutes
  6. Break into pieces and store in airtight container
