Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo


8oz linguine

1 cup broccoli flowerets

2 Tbsp butter

4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

1 can (10-3/4oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

½ cup milk

½ cup parmesan cheese

¼ tsp pepper


  1. In medium pot, cook linguine and add broccoli during last 4 minutes. Drain
  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and chicken. Cook until well browned and cooked through
  3. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, pepper, and linguine and broccoli
  4. Cook until hot and bubbly
  5. Serve with additional parmesan
