Ham & Caulflower AuGratin


Ham & Cauliflower AuGratin Ingredients:

• 2 Heads of Cauliflower • 2 lbs of chopped ham • 1 ½ Cups Chopped Onion • 1 ½ Cups Chopped Celery • 4 Cooked Peeled Potatoes • 1 Can Cheese Soup • 1 Can Cream of Celery • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard • ½ lb Sharp Cheddar Shredded


1. Cook Cauliflower 1 head till soft and mushy – often just barely soft.

2. Saute onion and celery in a tablespoon butter about 7.

3. Into a large casserole pan: a. Put mashed cauliflower, peeled and chopped potatoes. Chopped Ham and add sautéed onions and celery.

4. Mix soups and 1 cup milk with mustard.

5. Add 2 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

6. Pour over ham, potatoes ad cauliflower

7. Add head of cauliflower and cheese then fold well till al mixed

8. Sprinkle with more cheese

9. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes

10.Make sure you have enough liquid to cover-Add more milk if there is not enough liquid.
