LEMON CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg yellow cake mix

¾ cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 small pkg lemon jello (dissolved in ¾ cup boiling water)
Icing

2/3 box 10X sugar

1/3 stick butter, melted in 1/3 cup hot water

Juice of 1 large lemon

DIRECTIONS

Dissolve lemon jello in ¾ cup boiling water

In mixer, combine cake mix, oil, eggs and lemon jello mixture

Grease and flour 9×13 pan

Pour mixture into pan

Bake
Icing

While cake is near done cooking, melt butter in hot water

In medium bowl combine sugar, butter/water mixture and lemon.  Mix well

When cake is done cooking, punch holes into cake

Pour icing over cake while it is still hot

Let cake/frosting cool
