Macaroni Salad



·      Elbow macaroni

·      Boiled eggs

·      Mayonnaise

·      Celery, chopped

·      Little bit of sweet onion, chopped

·      Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: Red pepper, chopped


1.    Cook macaroni in water (with salt) and boil eggs

2.    Drain and rinse with cool water in colander

3.    Add mayonnaise until it looks moist

4.    Add celery, onion, salt and pepper to taste

5.    Refrigerate
