Monkey Bread

350o 30-35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (approx. 18 biscuits)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Walnuts, chopped (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the biscuits in quarters, set aside
  2. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon
  3. Lightly grease bundt pan
  4. Roll the biscuits in the sugar mixture and place one layer in the bundt pan
  5. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat combine butter and brown sugar
  6. Pour some of the sauce over the biscuits in the bundt pan
  7. Place 2nd layer of sugar coated biscuits
  8. Pour some more sauce over biscuits in the bundt pan
  9. Place 3rd layer of sugar coated biscuits
  10. Pour remainder of sauce over biscuits in the bundt pan
  11. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired
  12. Bake
